DerbyDeals.com is not affiliated nor licensed with any box office, promoter, venue, stadium, theatre, hotel, sport team, sporting association, golf club, Ticketmaster, or Racetrack venue. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used or referenced are for descriptive purposes only. All prices of any Kentucky Derby Tickets or any Kentucky Derby Packages by DerbyDeals.com reflect and include product and procurement costs, applicable taxes, and professional service fees which are often higher than the face value of the tickets.

Payment and Shipping
DerbyDeals.com accepts several different types of payment to best accommodate the needs of our customers. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Corporate or Certified Checks (with proper identification), and cash. All credit card orders are subject to a 5% service charge. DerbyDeals.com requires a signature on all deliveries. Therefore, all deliveries are made using an express courier service, such as FedEx or UPS. Delivery must occur to the address on the package as we do not allow any reroutes on packages shipped. If you have any specific or special delivery requirements, please make those arrangements when you place the order.

DerbyDeals.com will make every effort to fill your ticket order as soon as possible. However, because events have varying ticket release policies, DerbyDeals.com reserves the right to fill your order up to the week of the event. Please notify DerbyDeals.com if your order requires special delivery timing constraints. DerbyDeals.com reserves the right to upgrade seating at no additional cost to the client. (In this rare instance, DerbyDeals.com will contact the client in advance of shipping your Kentucky Derby Tickets with notification of seating location.) We request that you please check your tickets for the correct date, time and location. Any discrepancies on shipped orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Event Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges
If an event is cancelled for any reason - rain-out, natural disaster, earthquake, flood, a strike, protest, lockout, catastrophic events (i.e. acts of terror), or incidents of national security, we can not provide a refund or exchange for the tickets. Any shipping charges and handling charges are also not refundable. If an event is postponed or rescheduled the tickets are normally honored for the new date of the show. New tickets are not normally issued. DerbyDeals.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the staging of the event.
